Grateful

May the wind in your sails move your boat through the veils 

of a world caught in time, reveal a vision sublime!

May the sun rest its gaze on the skin of you face

and the warmth of the light open doorways inside

You think it is just another day in your life 

It is not just another day!

It is the one day that is given to you today!

It is the one gift that you have right now!

…and the only appropriate response is gratefulness!

May every step in your day be a guide on the way

and with lightness you stride rooted in silence inside

May the seasons of the year show your heart to revere

to stand grateful and tall for no reason at all

Everything here is path my friends,

nothing is out of place in this dance

your vows unbroken, you are not in need a repair

You receive the gift of your own presence 

as you turn inside and feel your essence

and sink into the core of who you are

When your world is on fire and you forget what to aspire to

 you practice kindness and upgrade your contribution!

        Heartbeat of the Tao

 We did not weave the web of life

we're just a bead on the string of light

awakened spirit,  unclouded the mind!

The Tao breathes within you it sees through your eyes

awakening with you when you arise

on it's infinite mala we are prayer beads

we move with the Tao wherever it leads

Stay healthy, stay centered, loving and clear

in wonder and present throughout the whole year

trusting your guidance you steer your boat 

down the river of presence you float

May you find yourself fall in love 

with the spirit in all things

the heartbeat  of the  Tao

Then thousand flowers in spring 

the moon in autumn snow in winter

when the mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things

this is the best season of life!

The eyes of All weight upon Thee oh Lord

and Thou givest them their meat in due season

Thou openest Thy hands and satisfies the desires of

every living thing!

Lightness of Being

 mountains of despair are simply crumbling

waves of lightness in the air as they are tumbling

in the Light of Love and Grace

Something calls me in the zone, something whispers you’re not alone

Something in the air  deepens trust and sweet ease of being

Something tells me this is home, something touches that place inside, beyond the known

Something in the stillness behind the music  that spreads the blessing so freely

I meet grace in every moment, I meet grace in every way

and my heart bows to the goodness and the blessing of this day

Every breath, loving gesture, every kindness, every face

reveals  the simple treasure and the living gift of Grace

In the sun, in the stars,..in the dark, in the night

any time, any place, in the calm of the night,

in the flow of the river, I find Grace, I find Grace

The Light from Within

 As I travel in this limitless world,

Every step I take is my home.

Nothing can dim the light that shines from within

If you don't fight with life

life simply helps you it takes you on it's shoulders! 

Each and every  woman and man

regardless of time and place 

 who’s learning and trusting the One 

in any challenge they’re about to face

may hear and then follow the call  

to the deepest source of it all

in harmony with heaven and earth

Stars in my Pocket

 I let my body be the temple....

catching signs and visions and veiled glimpses of deep  truths 

those winding  wanderings took me home into  natures arms and I heard
